By agreement also gold, tantalum, titanium Grade 3 & 4 and Vitrovac 6025. |
Material thickness
| • |
5 μm – 1.5 mm |
| • |
Titanium 5 μm – 0.5 mm |

Other thicknesses only by agreement. |
Film tooling
| • |
For production of the necessary film tooling, 2-D mechanically correct drawings with all relevant measurements and tolerances are required in dxf and pdf format. |
| • |
Our film plots normally have a resolution ≥ 12,000 dpi with a positioning tolerance ≤ 5 μm and are guaranteed for a period of 3 years. |
Standard dimensions
| • |
Up to 550 x 550 mm |
| • |
Titanium up to 350 x 350 mm |
| • |
Larger by agreement |

Tolerances
The following general guidelines apply for etching tolerances. Please note that tolerances also depend on type of material and size of production sheets.
- Smaller tolerances only by agreement.
General
Plus or minus 10% T (Titanium plus or minus 20% T)
- T = material thickness- Minimum +/- 0.01 mm
- Nominal dimensions are always assumed.
- Special hole tolerances such as for example H7 will normally be
etched below the minimum hole size so these can be reamed.
